  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date — ideally 8–12 weeks in advance for event design or balloons, and 3–6 months in advance for full event planning.
    However, we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.

  • Yes! While we are based in Indianapolis, we happily travel for events throughout central Indiana and surrounding areas.
    For events outside our standard service radius, a travel fee may apply.

  • Absolutely. Our rental inventory — including décor, furniture, and specialty items — is available as a standalone rental service.
    You’re welcome to rent items without booking event planning or design packages.

  • Our balloon installations start at a $250 minimum, which covers custom design, materials, and professional installation.
    Larger or specialty designs may require a higher minimum, depending on size and location.

  • Our team handles all setup and breakdown so you can enjoy a stress-free event.
    We coordinate arrival times with your venue, complete the installation or styling, and return after your event to remove all rented items or balloon displays.
    We also offer after-hours or next-day teardown depending on the venue’s requirements.
